Dar\u00fcber hinaus wird entdeckt, dass dieses \"Anandamid\" Teil eines gr\u00f6\u00dferen Systems der interzellul\u00e4ren Kommunikation im K\u00f6rper ist: das <strong>Endocannabinoid-System\".&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>So hat man herausgefunden, dass dieses System eng mit den Selbstregulierungsprozessen unseres K\u00f6rpers (Temperaturkontrolle, PH-Wert, Blutzuckerspiegel usw.) verbunden ist und an zahlreichen Prozessen in unserem Organismus beteiligt ist. Beispiele hierf\u00fcr sind <strong>motorische Koordination, Neuroprotektion, Appetit oder Schmerzkontrolle.&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"El_sistema_endocannabinoide_mantiene_un_complejo_equilibrio_del_cuerpo\"><\/span><strong>Das Endocannabinoid-System h\u00e4lt ein komplexes Gleichgewicht im K\u00f6rper aufrecht&nbsp;<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>THC und CBD sind zwei der wichtigsten <strong>einhundert Cannabinoide<\/strong> die die Cannabispflanze produziert. Und obwohl wir bereits ahnen, dass ihre Verwendung viele Vorteile mit sich bringt, ist einer der wichtigsten davon die Behandlung von Schmerzen. Cannabis also, <strong>in angemessenen Dosen verabreicht<\/strong>Es kann helfen, Epilepsie und chronische Schmerzen zu kontrollieren oder sogar den Appetit von HIV-Patienten anzuregen, bei denen eine Diagnose gestellt wurde.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Es gibt viele Gr\u00fcnde, warum der kontrollierte Konsum von Cannabis oder \"Marihuana\" eine gute Idee ist. Aber wie wir bereits erw\u00e4hnt haben, spielen im Bereich der chronischen Schmerzen zwei sehr wichtige Faktoren eine Rolle: die Tatsache, dass dieser Konsum durch <strong>\u00e4rztliche Verschreibung<\/strong> und sich einem umfassenden Screening auf Opioidabh\u00e4ngigkeit zu unterziehen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Wir weisen auf dieses Problem hin, indem wir uns auf das Problem der \u00f6ffentlichen Gesundheit beziehen, das durch den Konsum von Opioiden in den Vereinigten Staaten entsteht. Dieses Problem hat wissenschaftliche Gesellschaften dazu veranlasst, ihre Verwendung als Arzneimittel ernsthaft in Frage zu stellen.<strong> Langzeitbehandlung<\/strong> bei Patienten mit chronischen Schmerzen, die nicht auf Krebs zur\u00fcckzuf\u00fchren sind, und ver\u00e4nderte die Landschaft des medizinischen Cannabiskonsums fast weltweit.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"%C2%BFComo_afecta_el_cannabis_medicinal_al_dolor_cronico\"><\/span> Wie wirkt sich medizinisches Cannabis auf chronische Schmerzen aus? <span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Es ist jedoch wissenschaftlich erwiesen, dass die regelm\u00e4\u00dfige Einnahme von Cannabinoiden bei Menschen, die unter chronischen Schmerzen leiden <strong>die Verabreichung niedrigerer Dosen von Opiaten an sie erm\u00f6glicht<\/strong>. Dies ist ein sehr positiver Effekt, da er f\u00fcr diese Patienten zwei Vorteile mit sich bringt: eine Verringerung der Schmerzen und eine Verringerung des Risikos der Abh\u00e4ngigkeit von diesen Opioiden. Kurz gesagt: Die <strong>Verbesserung ihrer Lebensqualit\u00e4t.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Das bedeutet, dass die Verwendung von medizinischem Cannabis heute sehr viel strenger \u00fcberwacht wird, als dies bei Opioiden im Bereich der Schmerzbehandlung der Fall war und ist.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Letztendlich muss die Opioidproblematik zwar ber\u00fccksichtigt werden, aber die verf\u00fcgbaren wissenschaftlichen Erkenntnisse sind <strong>die Verwendung von Cannabis bei Patienten mit chronischen Schmerzen bef\u00fcrworten<\/strong>insbesondere bei neuropathischen und onkologischen Schmerzen.
